DDD Melbourne 2025: The Lost Art of good README documentation

Link to full Talk

My talk covered a few things around why the developer experience is askew, especially around open source projects, what it means to create good technical content, and deconstructing the anatomy of a good README.

While it was a short session and there was no opportunity for Q&A, people provided good feedback at the end of the talk and even appreciated the fact that there was a talk around docs at the conference. READMEs are deceptively simple files, yet an incredibly powerful mechanism for delivering value.
